Commissions
If you would like to inquire about a commission, I would be happy to work with you on creating your special painting. Use the contact page to send me a message. Please have this information ready : Name and contact info, subject, size, colours, timeline, budget, title of a painting of mine that you like. After going over the details, I will contact you with any further questions. If we agree on a commission, I will send you a confirmation letter which will contain a quote, informations about the expected piece, predicted completion dates and final payment info. Returns and Exchanges
I do my best to take photograph that accurately represent the artwork. However, computer screen may show colours differently. If a painting is really not working for you, please contact me to arrange an exchange for art of equal value, or for equivalent credit that could be used for future purchases. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. There will not be opportunity to exchange, credit or return sale items.
Damage in Transit
I do my best to package carefully all paintings. In the unlikely event that a canvas is damaged on delivery, please contact me to arrange refund or replacement. Photos of the packaging and the artwork to show the damage sustained will be requested.
Lost During Shipping
In the unlikely event that a painting is lost during shipping, the transaction will be cancelled. There will be no fee to the client. Arrangements and agreement will have to be made for the creation of an other painting.
